Our Gypsophila PVC + ADB Double reinforcement polyester dropstitch material has a breaking strength of 3000N and temperature resistance from -20°C to 80°C.
Our ice baths feature 8cm thick high-pressure PVC inflatable double wall fabric (dropstitch) with excellent insulation. With the included insulation cover, a cold plunge stays crisp for hours between ice top-ups.
We provide dropstitch fabrics in Polyester, Nylon, PE, Kevlar. Density range 150D-2000D. Surface coatings include PVC, Rubber, TPU, and Gold-absorbing coating.
TPU Drop Stitch is an environmentally friendly, PVC-free material that is 30% lighter than PVC dropstitch. It is degradable, skin-safe, and takes 20% less space when packed. Ideal for mattress, gym mat, and premium inflatables.
